SMS / Text Message Program

ClaimShield (operated by Z & J Enterprise Inc) sends SMS and MMS text messages to its clients and to the drivers of its client carriers as part of delivering safety and compliance services. Messages include compliance notifications, driver qualification file reminders, requests for required documents (such as medical examiner's certificates and license copies), employment verification requests, appointment reminders, and driver safety alerts. Recipients may reply to these messages — including replying with a photo of a requested document — to complete a compliance task.

How You Consent (Opt-In)

You consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from ClaimShield when you do any of the following:

  • Provide your mobile number on a ClaimShield driver application or onboarding form;
  • Sign a ClaimShield service authorization agreement, which includes authorization for communication by email, voice, and SMS;
  • Provide your mobile number to a ClaimShield consultant and agree to be contacted by text; or
  • Reply to a ClaimShield message confirming you wish to receive texts.

Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your compliance activity and the documents or actions required for your driver qualification file.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out and Help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt in again.

Privacy

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including platform providers and phone companies.
