ClaimShield SMS Communications — Terms of Service
Program: Client Care and Support
- This program is NOT used for marketing messages. It offers an additional communication channel to our Active Clients and to the drivers of our client carriers. Clients and drivers may text with their consultants instead of sending emails or making a phone call, and may receive automated compliance notifications such as document requests, driver qualification file reminders, and upcoming expiration dates (CDL, medical certificate). The full opt-in flow is described on our Communication Consent page.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further SMS messages unless you opt in again. To join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending you messages.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies and depends on your compliance activity and the documents or actions required. You may choose to communicate with us via SMS as an additional option to voice or email, and you can choose which, if any, automated update messages you wish to receive. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
